~*~ Ink & Insanity: Lily's World of Creativity ~*~

Hi! This is Lily, as you may have gathered for the title. ^_^; I decided to create an journal for my writing and for my creative stuff, such as icons and what have you. I kinda decided I needed a place to rant about characters without sounding completely insane, ideas, and just a place I can update randomly with incomplete story stuff or completed stories. I'm tired of trying to do webpages for the moment, cause I never get around to updating them. I plan on using the journal strictly for stuff having to do with my writing and icon making.

~*On the Writing*~

While I don't mind critism if you hate my stuff or decide I have no ability to spell whatsoever (A fact I have known for quite some time), I ask that it please be constructive critism. If you don't like something I write, I would like to know what it is and why. I can't fix something or look at it with honest eyes if I don't know why you think the way you do. Please also do it politely. I will treat you with respect, and I take your opinions seriously, so I really expect the same in return. Please keep gramatical opinions to a minimum. Most stuff you will see on here is rough draft stuff. If your looking to be my editor, please e-mail and ask me.

Speaking of opinions, I would also like your opinions on not just the overall story, but on the characters, questions you have portaining to the story, your thoughts, who you like and don't like. Also perhaps directions or neat thoughts you think could happen. Please don't give me overall plot suggestions on how you would write the story, if that makes sense. If you have enough creativity to do that with my work, then obviously you have enough talent to write your own, so I implore you to do that. ^_^

Fan Fiction:

There probably will some fan fiction on this journal as occassionally I've been known to do some. Mostly however, it will be my own origonal work. As I want to one day be a writer myself, it's more bennifical to me to stick to my own creations. However I will be writing in the following generes on occassion.
FFVII, Sailor Moon, Utena, Gravitation, X-Men, Hellsing, DBZ, and others that fall in this line depending on my growing intrest.

Icons

I love making icons. And I make them for everything. They'll be posted here and everyone is welcome to use them as long as they give credit in the keywords or comments. I didn't used to be that big on credit, more just happy people actually used my icons. However, as always, some people have no class. And it was side with my fellow icon makers or the stupid people who've ruined for everyone. The choice, as you can imagine, was simple. So I've been forced to ask that you credit if you use and if I find that you don't credit, I will remove you from this journal. And believe me, I do find out.
